Our Pledge:

• Recycle all branch styrofoam
• Create a composting program
• Print only necessary documents
• Use appropriate scrap paper for internal notes and messages
• Turn off lunch room TV when not in use
• Dry hands with tea towels in kitchen rather than paper towels
• Use re-usable cups/mugs for coffee

Past/Ongoing Actions:

• Carbon neutral since 2007
• Enviro VISA donates 5% of VISA profits to local environmental projects
• Extensive recycling program
• Battery recycling program for members and staff
• Supports local projects that reduce negative environmental impact
• Offers “Green” products that support activities that reduce energy consumption and use cleaner energy
• Provides “Green Advice” to business and not for profit members which assists them in making changes to their operations that positively impact their environment and potentially saves them money
