Past/Ongoing Actions:

• hempcrete (hemp concrete) walls with hemp and eco-sprayfoam insulation
• roxul insulation, inert byproducts of coal mining built into our hempcrete walls.
• re-used products in bathrooms and other finishing products including furniture and office materials
• re-claimed wood and burn-pile wood for structure and railings and other finishes
• marmoleum floors, and re-used slate tiles for flooring. as well as end-of-roll tiles
• we are bullfrog powered for electricity and natural gas
• we only use environmentally friendly cleaning products
• electric infra-red heating panels to heat our room
• led lighting, glass is reused plexiglass from the Vancouver Canucks
• we are a carbon neutral building
