• collect and recycle packing materials such as cardboard and pallet wrap
• we utilize timers and sensors for lighting
• heat saving curtains on loading bays
• computers and monitors on energy saving settings
• Computers and monitors hibernated at night
• office paper is shredded and reused as packing material
• invoices are emailed wherever possible to reduce paper usage
• Bottles, cans and returnable items are saved and supplied to local charities for refund
• HollyNorth requests environmental policies from all of its vendors
• Bulk buying, refillable containers, biodegradable or non-hazardous goods and local sourcing are all primary considerations for us
