City of Burnaby Environment Week is May 30 to June 6!

SATURDAY, MAY 30. The Main Event: Environment Festival at City Hall
• 9am to 2pm, outer courtyard
• In conjunction with the Burnaby Farmers Market in the north parking lot
• Live music and fun activities for kids
• Complete the Environmental Passport to be eligible to win Farmers Market $ every half hour
• Guided tours of the nearby Great Blue Heron Colony
• Many environmental exhibitors: Spouting Chefs, Burnaby Lake Park Association, ElectroRecycle BC, Encorp Pacific, Fortis, Sustainable SFU and many more
• Free drop off site for ElectroRecycle BC – small appliance and power tool recycling program. Bring an acceptable item and receive a prize draw entry.
